Griffeth Events has teamed up with the Food Lab to produce an out-of-sight, progressive pop-up experience for the adventure-laden, foodies of Columbus.  

 

What to expect...
You will be gently guided through an extraordinary four course blindfolded dining experience.  Savor the sensuous flavors, smells, sounds and textures as you challenge your palate to discover the mysteries of the menu.  An event emcee will be your audial galactic tour guide, the kind voice in the darkness that will orient you viscerally and orate the evenings events as you experience them together. 

Following an evening of exploration into darkness, well invite you to remove your blindfolds, and reconnect visually with the world around you, and to share your experience with us and each other.

Admission is $65.00/per person
Includes food, beverages, tax, & gratuity.
Seating is limited, group seating up to 6 is an option depending on availability.
 
About the Menu...
This dining experience is the culinary craftwork of a locally owned, Food Lab partner.  Experience the tastes of a thoughtfully crafted menu of four individual courses, each constructed in a unique, thought-provoking display, and infused with savory, conversation-inducing flavor.  

Each course is complimented with a cocktail, personally pared and locally made by Simple Times Mixers, with all natural, handcrafted, pureed fresh ingredients.  
 
The menu is not published in advance, but will be revealed at the conclusion of the experience.  The menu was crafted with every foodie in mind as it is 100% plant-based, with no preservatives or additives. No special menu requests will be accepted for this event.
